Philippe Coutinho Correia (born 12 June 1992)
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Coutinho excelled in Vasco da Gama's youth system. He was signed by Italian side Internazionale in 2008 but loaned back to Vasco da Gama. He made his debut for Internazionale in 2010 but struggled to establish himself in the first team. Liverpool signed him in 2013 for £8.5million. Philippe Coutinho plays as an attacking midfielder and winger. He has earned the nickname 'Little Magician' from Liverpool fans and teammates for his exceptional passing, dribbling and vision. Coutinho made his senior debut for Brazil in 2010 at the age of 18.
